I’m a breathwork guide and singer/songwriter. For years, music was how I navigated my inner landscape, but I was still carrying old stress, trauma, and unprocessed emotion. I felt disconnected from my body, and in many ways, from life itself.

I’m a breathwork guide and singer/songwriter. For years, music was how I navigated my inner landscape, but I was still carrying old stress, trauma, and unprocessed emotion. I felt disconnected from my body, and in many ways, from life itself.

Breathwork became the missing bridge: a direct way to come home to my body, release what I’d been holding, and reconnect with the world around me. It showed me that healing isn’t just about understanding our pain, but about feeling it, integrating it, and allowing it to move through us.

Music as a Path Home

Music has always been part of my path. I studied classical voice and music composition at NYU, then spent years traveling around the world, immersing myself in new cultures and sounds. Those experiences taught me that song can hold what words alone cannot.

For me, music—like breathwork—is a sacred practice. It’s how I process emotion, transmute pain into beauty, and stay honest with my heart. My songs explore the raw edges of love, loss, and awakening, offering a space for truth to move through sound.
