I’m a certified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and Hatha Yoga (Sivananda, pranayama) teacher, and a singer-songwriter of 15+ years. I’ve guided 1,200+ journeys. Sessions move from activation to release to integration with clear cues, consent, and nervous-system pacing.
